Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Rates and Delivery
Standard Shipping is a $5.00 flat rate. Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over $55. Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days after your order ships. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once your order is handed off to the carrier, delivery is subject to their timelines.

Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
NEVU is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at trynevu@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.
